Your satisfaction is our goal. We will gladly accept returns on all eligible products .(Altered Packaging or Product, Worn, or Damaged items are NOT Eligible for return). Items returned within 14 days of receiving your original order will be eligible for a refund if it has evident manufacturing defect, such as the size, style, hair material, cap construction or color doesn't match the description, please feel free to contact us, our customer service will reply to you as soon as possible.
We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). but if you like it, you can always contact customer service. We will give you a two-dollar discount and give you more gifts.
Refund will be arranged after we get the package number. Usually you would get your refund in 5-7 working days.
