I was on vacation when I got the devlivery notification but when I got home to check it was not there. The company itself is great shipping is fast and the customer service is very nice.
I still haven't received my hair, which is keeping me from getting my hair done. I even paid for the shipping. Once I get my order I may give you a better score, but until it will remain at 1 too bad I get give less.
About 8 of the butterfly locs broke off from my hair. Thankfully I was able to purchase similar hair from a local beauty store. Other than that the colors went well together. Hopefully in future orders the hair has a better hold.

Great Hair...No smells, no tangles, no shedding. Quality hair as appears in picture. I would have given 5-stars but I gave 4-stars because my hair stylist complained about the pre- loops being larger than normal. Otherwise great quality hair, the ombre colors are beautiful.
I was so unhappy the color is off and the hair is hard. The hair also has a chemical smell. Mh client refused to all me to put the hair in her head so I ultimately lost money and time. I really deserve a refund
It’s 4 bags of 1b water-wave passion twist that’s needed with the correct texture, and all 9 of the T350 need to be sent with the correct texture. I had a problem with my last order not having all of the bags that I ordered sent and that was corrected. However I do not appreciate everytime I order from you guys something is wrong with the order. It makes me not want to order from you anymore. So can we please get this matter fixed as soon as possible? The wrong texture hair that you sent is not twisting like it suppose to as the correct texture is soft and it is staying twisted.

I received nine bags of the 24’ in T350 of different texture hair than half of my other order in 24’ in 1b texture. These are two different textures of hair and they are not all the correct texture in order for the stylist to install. I have received 7 bags of 1b 24’ in passion twist, however, only 5 bags came with the correct texture. I am also still waiting on my remaining 3 bags of 1b 24’ in hair. The correct texture of hair happened to be wrapped in SILVER wire. PLEASE send the correct hair or I would like a refund. -Thank You

I loved how the hair came in a small package with a crotchet hook and rubberbands. The hair was the color I ordered to match my hair and all. I really like how it arrived on time and with the included materials it said it would.

Was a little nervous about these because usually goddess ends get tangled and frizzy very easily. It’s been 5 weeks since I’ve had mine in and they still look as great as when I first had them put in. After I washed them, the curls stayed curly and in place. 0 frizz! I also put my hair in a bonnet every night. There’s almost no itchiness at all, it’s very soft, and it’s definitely worth the money. I get compliments all the time! I used 8 packs since I like having a little more volume. I will definitely be buying these again for my next install.
This is possibly the nicest hair to ever grace my head. I was not expecting it to be so smooth and silky and soft. The strands are pretty thick too, I wanted juicy twists so I had planned to use 3 strands per twist, but ended up only using 2. It took almost 8 packs to do my full head(I have a pretty big head) so if you plan to use more than one strand at a time, the 7 pack is definitely worth it. The hair has a bit of weight, but you really only feel it if you shake your head. I've had the hair in for almost 2 weeks. It's still soft and tangling and frizz is minimal. My satin cap likes to slip off during the night, so even after rubbing against my cotton sheets, the hair has held up really well. Would not hesitate to buy again.
Loved it. Hair is so soft. Doesn't tangle. Easy to use. You can re-twist once it's old. Worth the money. I would definitely recommend this hair.
This hair is absolutely gorgeous! It’s better than I could ever imagine! I got this hair to do some simple poodle puffs but upon its arrival, I’ve change my mind and now I’m going to use it to do a crotchet afro and I’m sooo excited! When I got the hair, I washed it and let it sit in conditioner and was shocked at how soft it became ! I LOVE! will definitely be using again!
